WordlessI stood there, in my best suit with my emerald tie, the rain pouring down like endless fire from the sky. Her eyes burned from across the way while the raindrops glistened on her graying hair. They were consumed by her soul, beacons of green that would always lure me to her. Her eyes were my way back home, meekly shining out against all the distractions. They were my rock when I had no where else to stand, my air when there was nothing else to breathe. But why did I push them away for all of these years? Why couldn’t I tell her how I felt and that be the end of it? &nWordless
